Quick answers to common questions about YousicPlay

What happened to my old account?
Your account migrated automatically. Sign in at yousicplay.com/login with the email you used before. If you don’t remember your password, use “Sign in with Google” or “Email me a magic link.” All your past purchases are still there.
Can I still access the courses I bought?
Yes. Lifetime access for everything you’ve ever purchased is permanent. Sign in and go to “My Library” to see all your courses.
How do I get my receipt for taxes?
Sign in → Account → Order History. Each purchase has a downloadable PDF receipt. If you bought before 2024 and don’t see your old order, email hello@yousicplay.com.
Why does the new site look different?

We rebuilt the platform from scratch. Faster, mobile-friendly, no more separate Thinkific login. Same courses, better experience.

Where's the course I bought? I can't find it.
Course names and pages were updated. Use the search bar in your library, or email hello@yousicplay.com with your purchase email and we’ll send you a direct link.
Why am I seeing different prices than my friend?

Past customers receive personalized loyalty pricing via email. The link in your email shows your specific pricing; without that link, you'll see public retail prices.

Can I share my course access with someone?

One account per customer, but you can give a course as a gift via the "Gift this course" option at checkout.

How do refunds work?

Yes. If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request 100% credit toward another course on YousicPlay within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@yousicplay.com with your purchase details and we'll apply the credit to your account.

What is Lydi?

Coming soon. We're building an AI music tutor that learns how you play and personalizes your practice. We'll email you when it's ready.

How do I cancel my subscription?Pending review

We don't currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time, with lifetime access.

Will my course go away if you change pricing later?

No. You bought it; you own it. Lifetime access doesn't depend on whether we change pricing or add subscription tiers in the future.
